Absolutely gorgeous flowers. They also went out of their way to help me out with regards to delivery and threw in a complimentary gift too. I wanted to send my Mum some flowers, following a recent operation. I live 400 miles away. I did not want to send 'letter-box' flowers because my Mum has dementia .. so I wanted her to see the bouquet as the final bouquet. I contacted Poppies, a florist local to my Mum. They put together a beautiful bouquet and sent me a photo of the flowers so that I could picture it. Polite, fast service, good communication, flowers lovely. Thanks!

Despite my mistake in the delivery address, the driver went out of his way to ensure the flowers reached our home, not my wife's workplace as originally indicated. Have used Poppies Florist several times now, always choosing the ???Florist Choice??? option when ordering. Everytime outstanding flowers, fresh, nicely arranged, with instructions for how to care for the flowers and with the message to recipient handwritten which is a really nice touch. Beautiful flowers delivered when requested. I had booked this delivery approx 2 weeks before they were required, Poppies clarified my requirements and confirmed all was in place to meet my request. The bouquet I initially ordered was not available. The florist contacted me very quickly to let me know and to suggest a replacement. Then delivered it quickly, and recipient was struck by friendliness of person delivering. Flowers were excellent quality, recipient delighted. I'm very happy with the service and would use again.

Ordered "florists choice" for my friend's birthday. On contacting her, (she was out for the day) Poppies very kindly delivered, on the specified date, to an alternate address which she would collect the arrangement from on her return, as well as emailing me to let me know. Also received confirmation from Direct2florist of delivery along with a photograph of the flowers sent. Beautiful arrangement and excellent service. Many thanks Poppies & Direct 2 florist.

I was extremely happy with the way the order was handled by this florist. We were unsure of the date of the funeral as it was a provisional booking. The florist went out of her way to find the correct day, time and location. She also held our order until that day and insured the flowers were delivered fresh and on time. The photo she sent of the arrangement was beautiful and the flowers looked so fresh.
